Is there anything more precious than a newborn baby girl? How about two of them! As a Boston newborn photographer, I was beyond excited to welcome baby Amelia and baby Ava to the studio. A Special Session for Two Sweet Babies

Brianna, their amazing mama, chose my Classic Collection—my lifestyle newborn session that typically lasts around one hour. With twins, we naturally needed more time. Our session lasted two hours to allow for feeding breaks, diaper changes, and plenty of cuddles.

I never rush a newborn session, especially when it involves multiple babies. Every child deserves individual attention and care to ensure the experience is enjoyable, safe, and memorable.

Tips for a Smooth Twin Newborn Photography Session

Planning a twin newborn photo session? Here are a few tips to help everything go smoothly:

1. One Adult Per Baby

Ideally, there should be at least one adult (including the photographer) for each baby. This ensures each child is supported at all times and creates a safe, calm environment.

2. Bring Pacifiers and Extra Bottles

Breaks for feeding and soothing are completely normal during newborn sessions. Having extra bottles and pacifiers ready can help keep things moving comfortably.

3. Book Early

For twin or triplet sessions, I only schedule one session per day. This way, I can give my full energy and attention to your babies. Be sure to book in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
